Holistic Exercise Physiology

Conditions we treat with exercise physiology

Our accredited exercise physiologists in Wentworthville help people manage chronic conditions, recover from injury and surgery, and live well with disability. We see clients in our clinic and at home across Westmead, Parramatta, Merrylands, Toongabbie, Pendle Hill and Blacktown.

What does an exercise physiologist treat?

An exercise physiologist uses exercise as treatment for chronic conditions, injuries and disability. Common conditions include type 2 diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, heart and lung conditions, neurological conditions like Parkinson's and stroke, cancer recovery, and falls risk in older adults. Exercise physiologists are university-qualified allied health professionals, accredited with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA).
